I teach some classes at the various branches of Borough Kitchen which are usually a lot of fun. Some people who attend are nice enough to ask when they can come to another class of mine so I decided to put the dates here.

A couple of notes: I don’t decide the content of the BK classes and am not responsible for the recipes etc. that get sent out. They also may be subject to cancellation or change which is beyond my control. And I should note that the other teaching chefs are great too so if I’m not teaching a class you fancy, someone else wonderful will be!
